Energy Efficiency Rebates & Incentives

Insulation / Weatherization

Rebates are available for attic, floor, and wall insulation. The insulation rebates vary based on how much existing insulation you have. Any uninsulated or poorly insulated areas will have the highest incentives and be the most cost-effective measures you can do.

Ductless Heat Pump

Rebates vary from $200 to $1,200. The different incentives depend on whether you have an old heat pump that needs replacing, an electric furnace that you want to convert to a heat pump and if the ducts get sealed. They also vary based on the efficiency. MW&L recommends getting more than 1 bid.
