Monthly commission meetings are normally held at 340 NE Kirby Street (April 2026-July 2027) on the third Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m. Agendas and packet material are posted the Thursday before the scheduled meeting. Minutes are posted after approval at the next scheduled meeting. Meeting schedule changes/additions will be posted on this page.

Yamhill Regional Water Authority (YRWA) Meetings

The Yamhill Regional Water Authority was formed in 2012 and is now comprised of the City of McMinnville, acting by and through the McMinnville Water and Light Commission, the City of Carlton, and the City of Lafayette. This authority was created to discuss and develop joint governance, financing, and operation of future regional water facilities along the Willamette River.
