ITB Street Asphalt Trench/Patch Paving Services

The awarded contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to install approximately 185 tons of level 2, ½ dense hot mix asphalt concrete (HMAC) in accordance with City of McMinnville Street Paving Standards. This project is comprised of paving multiple trench and leak patches in several different locations throughout the City of McMinnville. Contractor will be required to install HMAC to match the existing roadway crown or cross slope. All work shall be substantially completed by August 30, 2024. There is no pre-bid conference scheduled for this project.

Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to enter into a contract with the Owner for public work in Oregon and shall have a minimum of three years’ experience on projects of similar size and complexity to this Work under the current firm name.

Qualifications

Bidder shall be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and shall have a minimum of three year’s paving experience under the current firm name. The OWNER shall make such investigation as it deems necessary to determine the ability and financial resources to do the Work.
