The work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or 40 U.S.C. Section 3141, et seq.; prevailing wage rate of pay does apply to this Project. The awarded Contractor is required to have a Public Works Bond on file with the Oregon CCB before work begins. The Project consists of furnishing qualified traffic control and flagging services for a Public Works project at NW Baker Creek Road, McMinnville, Oregon.

The project is expected to start on March 4th, 2024, estimated duration of the project is two months. MW&L estimates needing flagging crews consisting of two and three persons, depending upon the work zone. Generally, flagging services will be needed Monday–Thursday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Qualifications

The owner shall make such investigation as it deems necessary to determine the ability and financial resources to do the work.
