Contact Person EmailThe work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or 40 U.S.C. Section 3141, et seq.; prevailing wage rate of pay does apply to this Project. The awarded Contractor is required to have a Public Works Bond on file with the Oregon CCB before work begins. The Project consists of furnishing all qualified professional personnel, supervision, construction labor, equipment and specified materials including 2” and 3” schedule 40 conduit or polypipe and vaults.Contractor will be responsible to install conduit by primary means of horizontal directional drilling and install power vaults as specified. All Work shall be substantially completed 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed to the awarded Contractor.

The ownershall make such investigation as it deems necessary to determine the ability and financial resources to do the work.
