It is the intent of MW&L to establish one-year price agreements for the following drinking water treatment chemicals: dense soda ash, aluminum sulfate, course rock salt, sodium hydroxide, fluorosilic acid, sodium hypochlorite and hexafloc NA-50 nonionic emulsion polymer. Award will be made on a line item basis to the lowest responsive bidder per ORS 279B.055. The dates of the purchase agreements will be July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Order releases from the purchase agreements will occur on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the purchase agreement, payment terms shall be Net 30 after receipt and MW&L acceptance of each order.
All chemicals shall be delivered F.O.B Scott Water Treatment Plant, 23100 NW Haskins Creek Rd., Yamhill, OR 97148.
