Windows

MW&L offers dollar for dollar (not to exceed $45 Sq. Ft.), to replace existing single pane windows, single pane with storms, or double pane metal. New windows must have a u-value of 0.30 or lower and must be installed in a heated space.

Ductless Heat Pump

Ductless Heat pumps, also known as mini splits, use up to 50% less energy than electric heating systems like furnaces, baseboards, and wall heaters. Plus, ductless heat pumps cool homes on hot summer days. To receive the rebate, your home must meet eligibility requirements and a licensed contractor must install the qualified new heat pump.
