McMinnville Water & Light has contracted with National Wood Treating Co. for a pole inspection project starting Monday, June 23, and lasting several weeks. MW&L regularly inspects and treats poles to maintain the system’s safety, reliability, and integrity.
This project will involve entering properties where crews will perform a visual inspection at the ground line, check poles for strength, and apply a treatment to extend the life of the pole. Be aware that all National Wood Treating Co. employees will be wearing logo shirts and driving vehicles that display the National Wood Treating Co. logo. Please be careful and watch out for the safety of these workers who will be performing inspections along the roads.
