Description of Event
The regular meeting of the McMinnville Water & Light Commission will be held Tuesday, January 16, at 5 p.m.
The meeting will be held at McMinnville Water and Light's Commission Room at 855 NE Marsh Lane and also conducted electronically via Zoom and live streamed on YouTube.
The Commission may go into Executive Sessions pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information and records that are exempt from public disclosure under ORS 192.345(23) relating to information revealing security measures to protect information processing and ORS 192.660(2)(p) to consider matters relating to cyber security infrastructure and responses to cyber security threats; and pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conducl deliberations with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions; and pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f) to discuss information and records that are exempt from public disclosure under ORS 192.355(9)(a) relating to confidential or privileged records and ORS 40.225 attomey client communications.
