The City of McMinnville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Water and Light Commission (MW&L), is issuing this Request for Proposal for Energy Efficiency Incentive Program Support Services. MW&L is allocated Energy Efficiency Incentive (EEI) funds from the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). MW&L uses these funds in the administration of its E.E.I, program. The selected proposer would be responsible for on-going support services including rebate processing, field support, BPA invoicing and reporting and other services as described in the Scope of Services.
MW&L anticipates the award of one Contract from this RFP. The term of the proposed Contract is five years, with an initial contract period of June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026, with the option to renew for (4) additional one-year periods with the term of the Contract.
Qualifications
Firm shall have a minimum of five years’ utility experience managing and administering BPA’s EEI program.
