The City of McMinnville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon acting by and through its Water & Light Commission (“Owner” or “McMinnville Water & Light” or “MW&L”) is seeking proposals from farmers for a short-term farm lease. The tillable portions of the lands contain approximately 10 to 26.5 acres around MW&L’s headquarters located at 855 NE Marsh Lane, McMinnville, OR 97128 (the amount of acreage available for lease is currently not certain). The lands that may be available for lease are identified in Exhibit A attached to this advertisement.
