Contact Person EmailThe Project consists of furnishing all qualified professional personnel, supervision, construction labor, equipment and specified materials including 2”and 3” schedule 40 conduit or polypipe and vaults. Contractor will be responsible to install conduit by primary means of horizontal directional drilling and install power vaults as specified. All Work shall be substantially completed 90 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed to the awarded Contractor. The work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or 40 U.S.C. Section 3141, et seq.; prevailing wage rate of pay does apply to this Project. The awarded Contractor is required to have a Public Works Bond on file with the Oregon CCB before work begins.
Qualifications
Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to enter into a contract with the Owner for public work in Oregon and shall have a minimum of four years’ experience on projects of similar size and complexity to this Work.
