Sealed Bids for the services of a professional licensed and bonded horizontal directional drilling (HDD)
contractor for the SW Alethea & Woodmill Court Conduit Installation (“Project”) for the City of McMinnville,
a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon acting by and through its Water & Light Commission (“Owner”
or “McMinnville Water & Light” or “MW&L”), will be accepted by Chad Hudson, Purchasing Manager at
McMinnville Water & Light, until February 11, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Bids received prior to the deadline for
submission will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time of bid closing at the address below. Bids will be
evaluated for compliance with the contract requirements listed herein. Bids shall be delivered to one of the
