To qualify for a rebate, ENERGY STAR clothes washers shall have:
- a Modified Energy Factor greater than or equal to 1.72
- a Water Factor less than or equal to 8.0.

Dishwasher

To qualify for a rebate, ENERGY STAR dishwashers shall have:
- Standard (greater than or equal to 8 place settings plus six serving pieces) - EF greater than or equal to .65
- Compact (less than 8 place settings plus six serving pieces) - EF greater than or equal to .88

Electric Water Heaters
$25 - $50 |
Electric storage water heaters shall meet the following requirements:
- 50-gallon models with a 0-19 yr tank warranty shall have an EF not less than 0.93
- 50-gallon models with a min. 20 yr tank warranty shall have an EF not less than 0.94
- 65-gallon models with a 0-19 yr tank warranty shall have an EF not less than 0.91
- 65-gallon models with a min. 20 yr tank warranty shall have an EF not less than 0.94
- 80-gallon models with a 0-19 yr tank warranty shall have an EF not less than 0.93
- 80-gallon models with a min. 20 yr tank warranty shall have an EF not less than 0.92

Full-size Refrigerator

To qualify for a rebate, ENERGY STAR refrigerators shall have:
- a Volume of 7.75 cubic feet or greater
- At least 20% more energy efficient than the minimum federal government standard (NAECA).

Full-size Freezer
$25 |
To qualify for a rebate, ENERGY STAR freezers shall have:
- a Volume of 7.75 cubic feet or greater
- At least 10% more energy efficient than the minimum federal government standard (NAECA).

Refrigerator/Freezer Decommissioning
$100 |
MW&L customers purchasing an Energy Star refrigerator for the rebate may also qualify for this
rebate by decommissioning their old refrigerator. (The old refrigerator must be at least 10 cu. ft. in
capacity and in working order when decommissioned. |
